The breakfasts were delicious and different from day to day, the staff were super nice, helpful and spoke english. There was AC and a ceiling fan in the room, locker under the beds for the backpack. The location was just perfect 4min walking to the ADO terminal and 5min to the main square. I could let my backpack in the storage room before checking in.

Laura would ask us everyday if there was anything she could do for us. It was very clean. They had a shared kitchen and provided fresh water for everyone. They had air-conditioning and a fan which was nice. They had free parking in front of their house which was very convenient.The cenote was a block away . Restaurants and plaza were in walking distance. For the price it was great. Would return.

The location is perfect, the a/c worked well and the bed was fairly comfortable.

I would definitely stay again and recommend. Location was great. Near food, bars, lounges, gas station. Great for people watching. Our room was number 8 by the pool.
