Their warmth made the stay feel personal and easy, and we really appreciated the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. The on-site restaurant offers great food and drinks in a lovely lakeside setting, perfect for watching the colors of Bacalar’s lagoon change through the day. A place that combines natural beauty with attentive service — highly recommended.

Well situated in Playa del Carmen, Hotel B10 - Distinctive Hotel- offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and free private parking. There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. The aparthotel provides city views, a sun terrace and a 24-hour front desk. The girl that worked the desk every morning was so sweet and helpful. We looked forward to her warm smile and greeting every time we went in or out! The rooms were very clean and plenty big enough for us. The beds were amazing and the pillows were the best. Every need was met by the staff. Our balcony was a nice size to enjoy the cool breeze at night. The pool, although not huge, was always empty because most people go out everyday to do all the sightseeing, going go the beach, or all the other adventures the area had to offer. The pool was also immaculately kept. Crystal clear clean water at a great temp and a view of the ocean. They provided large pool/beach towels for us, loungers were nice and there were umbrellas. I did everything online and got a response within 10 hrs at the most.

Complete with a private bathroom fitted with a shower and a hair dryer, all units at the apartment complex have a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, and some rooms include a terrace. At the apartment complex, each unit includes bed linen and towels. The condo was very spacious and nicely decorated. The couch was extremely comfortable and a nice place to wind down and watch a movie with the kids. The king bed was comfortable. The large double room has 2 queen beds which are a little on the hard side and the linens not quite as nice. The room is beautiful though and lots of space. The roof top pool was nice for the kids. Not big or deep but they enjoyed playing and swimming and we enjoyed the lounge chairs and the view. I would absolutely return here.
