It is not gated, but it's a nice a quiet neighborhood so at no point was I concerned for our motorcycles. They didn't charge us for doing laundry. My fiancé and I chose this place based on the location to the temple and centro area, affordability, and how nice the pictures looked. This condo did not disappoint. Very Clean apartment , stove and oven, hot water, plus the fridge and washer & dryer made our stay much more comfortable and convenient. Very spacious! Wish I could bring this place home or that my apartment had this layout. For decor we loved the industrial/engine block tables and lights the pictures we wish stayed with a México theme I mean we are in Mexico but had European canvases still, the place for sure had an elegance to it and we enjoyed every moment. We definitely felt safe and our privacy protected. Our check in was at 3pm the owners/management allowed us to check in at 1pm. They were very understanding and flexible. Our flight had arrived at 7:30am we stay with my friend (getting married ) and his wife’s families house for a few hours to rest and eat and then went to the Condo. Easy to communicate and very responsive. Check-in was smooth and they do their best to send all the information before hand. Use WhatsApp to communicate. Overall amazing. I wish I took more photos of the place I have a video. Anyway, we will be booking this place again whenever we come back to Durango.
