Great location - only about 150 steps from the train station. Hotel has been tastefully renovated & our room was very clean. Our room looked over the Town Square where there was a little Market every day. Larger Market on Saturday selling handbags, clothes etc. The ladies at Reception were very helpful & pleasant. The Hotel offers a daily breakfast for an additional charge which looked very good (we didn’t have it as didn’t eat breakfast).

So welcoming. Great staff very helpful. Loved the portable wifi such a fabulous idea. Great location. So clean and comfortable. Loved my room with the terrace if only it had been a bit warmer to enjoy. The bed was great the linens fresh and crisp. The daily maid services . The breakfast was great especially the machine to make your own fresh orange juice I would highly recommend hotel de france.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel right at home! No request was too big or small, from delivering an Iron and an Ironing board, to beach towels and to even allow us to stay way after checkout since our plans changed, I have rarely experienced a host as warm and kind as this! Located in a quiet street just a quick walk from the beach and restaurants this was truly a beautiful stay with a lovely little tree covered terrace area to relax! The small kitchen had everything we needed. Can highly recommend!
