Nicest staff ever, very attentive, friendly and trying to help all the time! I never expected to be so kindly treated in a budget hotel. The room was very clean, with a nice partial view to the sea, bathroom was spacious, location was great, just a couple of steps from the beach and from a tram stop, great pizza place next door, not too far from the airport.

Very good location to explore Nice and only a few minutes walk from Promenade des Anglais and less than 20 mins walk from tram station Alsace - Lorraine . Apartment was spotlessly clean , comfortable bed , plenty of towels to use and ideal for a couple . We had very good correspondence with the owner .

I couldn't wish for a better location, in the heart of everything, markets, the beach, restaurants, museums but in a small and very beautiful square with lots of trees and surrounded by typical provencal buildings. My room was spotless clean and had all the basic amenities, my opinion is that it is the best value for money in the area and I'd definitely book it again.

Ideal. Lovely location and super hosts, could not be more helpful. Accommodation very clean and tidy, had a relaxing stay. Has all you need and supermarkets only 5 minutes away and well placed to visit major towns in the area.

Clean room, very good breakfast, friendly staff. The airco worked well and wasn't noisy. The hotel has a "social economy" mission, which I wasn't aware of in advance. Everything was very well managed and the atmosphere in the hotel was very friendly. The hotel is stuated a 30-minute walk from the old town/beach. For me the location was ideal to attend a conference at Université Côte d'Azur (<10 minute walk). Overall a very nice stay!

The location is ideal. 5 minutes from the center. 5 minutes from the tram station. 10 minutes from the promenade. Everything was very clean, there was no unpleasant smell, neither in the room nor in the hotel.
The shared kitchen was a big plus.

Good amenities, spotlessly clean, a spacious bathroom area and friendly, flexible hosts. The bed is a pull-out couch as noted, but I liked it - easy to set up and sleep on. Apartment would be comfortable for 2 people. Very ideal location for getting to and from Cannes, Antibes, the Esterel and St.-Tropez by car, and the on-site parking was a big plus. Don't miss Fréjus village while you're there - a lovely medieval/Roman town amid more famous cities.

The hotel is in a superb location, very close to beaches and old Nice is quick 5min drive or 15mins walk. Everything was very clean and well maintained.
The staff is lovely and available all throughout the day. There is no parking at the hotel but the concierge pointed us to the Massena Palace parking, which was just 3mins walk and very affordable (€25 if you park for 24 hours).

The property location was fantastic- right across from the beach with perfect gorgeous views of the French Riviera. Walking distance to everything. Paid parking very close. Our host Claudia was very attentive and responded quickly. The apartment was very clean and large- would be ideal for a longer stay. Lovely to sit on the balcony and look at the beach. Coffee machine and washer were appreciated! Loved it and will be back!
