It was an unplanned stop as we were driving to Fez, it got late and we were tired so found this place to stay overnight. We got there late, at check in we asked Muhammed the owner about food, he said its difficult at this time we said ok we will have tea and go to sleep, as we finished tea and were going to bed he said wait for the food, we were surprised he told he had called friend who came and made us one the best Tajines we had in Morroco. It's a proper rural Moroccan house with basic room and toilet, they will warm some water for you if needed, you feel back in time with the mudden walls and rooms, it's a proper experience. And he wouldn't take any extra money for the Tajine in the morning considering that just native hospitality. It was a really unique stay during our trip.

The room is so spacious, the view on the mountains is excellent and appeasing. The swimming pool is amazing and remains available after 6PM for a night swim. The gym had two treadmills and other machines, great and has a view on the mountains. The inside swimming pool was great. Breakfast was excellent The staff were available in case of need. To sum it up, a very beautiful place. Highly recommended.

We had a perfect stay at La Belle Étoile, which provided tranquility in nature for my family. The friendly staff and peaceful location created an ideal environment to recharge and escape the stress and noise pollution of urban life. The stunning view of the water dam and the breathtaking starry sky at night enhanced our experience. We also enjoyed homemade meals prepared by the lady of the house, which added an authentic touch. Additionally, we had the opportunity to explore the surrounding area, spending time along the lake coast, visiting Ouazzane during Eid, and discovering the lush greenery of the nearby hills. I highly recommend it!

Really beautiful location and very kind hosts. We really had a great stay. It’s a beautiful calm location where you can relax and enjoy some jummy homemade local food. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area. Also the bedroom is actually very nice which you can’t really tell from the pictures.
