The team at this hotel are among the best I had experienced in regard to their hospitality, they were always attentive to your needs and would want to make sure that your stay was excellent, their food was great. They have only been operating for less than one year and still needs a few amenities such as a fridge to add value to the room. However, the staff do make up for the lack of amenities. The room was cleaned on a daily basis and to a high standard. Keep up the great service.

Clean, calm, comfortable room with big clean open air bathroom. Its the best place in Trincomalee - truely comfort and relaxing stay. Comfortable beds, tea pot in room, beautiful garden sitting area - all was perfect. Friendly staff. Also good location - 5 min walk to beach, and a lot of good cafes and resturants around. We stayed here for 2 nights and then try to go to other place, but we return to stay one more night because its most comfortable place.

Jeya has been a great host. I really enjoyed my little chats with him. The restaurant offers great meals. His staff members, especially Justin, were super attentive and took good care of us. Lovely huts in wonderful garden, full of chairs and hammocks to relax in. Each hut has its own little verandah. The huts are all individually beautifully and very creatively decorated, an unique experience! Owner Brenda does everything to make you feel at home, cooks delicious meals and speaks very well english. The beach is a stone throw away. It is a lagoon with (very) shallow water so safe for swimming, even for small children. Highly recommended!

In the end, I got much more than just an ideal location: my room, was huge, comfortable, with a powerful ceiling fan, and very quiet. I was also able to get it completely dark for sleeping. Mallika and Suman are great hosts and made me feel right at home. Their Sri Lankan breakfast, although not included in the room rate, was delicious and I totally recommend it.
