He very kindly upgraded us to a "Club" room on a high floor and had a small cake and card sent up to the room when we got in. Very touching gesture! The room was tastefully furnished, comfortable, clean and had all the modern amenities with a great view of the sea and part of the city. A perfect location for business or vacation!

He gave us many interesting recommendations and was always available to answer any questions. We would come again!
