A very nice place to stay. A very beautiful place to stay. It is very clean. The bathroom is very clean. The bathroom is very clean as is the bedroom. We stayed for one night. The staff was very kind and friendly. We had dinner and lunch there. We had the most delicious food in Sri Lanka. I was very happy. We wanted to stay for two more days but we didn't have a reservation for two days so we had to leave the next day. We highly recommend this place. The beach is just in front of you. You can walk to the beach. There are tall trees. The place is quiet and peaceful. This place is a good place to relax.

A hidden gem in Passikudah – absolutely recommended! The Dream Inn Guesthouse truly surprised us in the best possible way. From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly attentive, warm, and welcoming. We stayed in the spacious garden villa, which offered more than enough room for the three of us—our 9-year-old son even had his own bed. The room was spotlessly clean, air-conditioned, and equipped with a top-quality mattress that gave us two very restful nights. One of the highlights was the semi-open bathroom, beautifully integrated into the natural surroundings—functional, charming, and impeccably clean. We especially loved the peaceful little garden terrace, which opened up into a lovingly maintained garden and offered the perfect spot to relax. The location is also ideal—just a short 2 to 5-minute walk from several stunning and quiet beaches. Breakfast was another highlight. We chose the local Sri Lankan option each morning and were blown away by how delicious and authentic it was. In summary: a friendly host, excellent comfort and cleanliness, beautiful natural surroundings, and amazing local food. We only stayed for two nights this time, but we will definitely come back—and stay longer next time! Highly recommended!

Huge shoutout to the Ayurvedic Doctor who took amazing care of my friend of I who just got food poisoning ! She made special meals for us so we could eat safely and kept checking on us and giving us tips to get better fast (which worked out). Staff is lovely. Beach and pool are great. Room is clean and comfortable. Gym is clean and well equipped. Food is decent.

Amazing location. Literally less than 1 min to the beach. Caring, attentive host. The host is so welcoming and happy to help with anything. Amazing food. Breakfast is incredible and very generous. Would really recommend having dinner at the guesthouse at least once as it’s the most amazing Sri Lankan home cooked food and very reasonably priced!!

The location is very calm and quiet. The apartment is surrounded by a nice garden. The apartment is very clean and modern. The entire staff took extremely good care of me and has assisted me with any kind of request (from booking a Tuk Tuk/bike, to preparing very reach and tasty breakfast/lunches/dinners). They were very nice and gentle.

One of the most friendly people we have ever met. The place Coastal Villa in Kallady, Batticaloa turned out to be one of the most beautiful places we've been in Sri Lanka. Very calm and outstanding clean. Not only the room and the atmosphere but especially the householder Jutha and his family were taking the best care of everything I needed. For us it was a real pleasure to stay there on our Journey. If you have the chance to stay there, just do it, nobody would regret. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were amazing and huge by the way.
