The value for money is outstanding, and the hotel’s location is ideal—close to the city center. The central market and the pub street are easily accessible on foot or by tuk-tuk. The staff were all very attentive and friendly, The room was nice and daily room service was on time and quick, The house keeping was friendly and helped me find my card that I dropped. Really appreciated. The wifi works well and the pool was a great spot to chill down too. The frontdesk team helped me with tours and got me tuktuk for a whole day, it was reasonably priced and the arrangement was quick.

They have very attentive and friendly staff. It's also much closer to the Angkor Wat temples than other hotels in center of the city which means a 15 min drive to/from tours rather than 30min, which is a major plus if you want to rest in middle of day. And they offer a free 1-way airport ride and complimentary laundry service which is very rare--and very helpful when you are walking in red sand dust all day!

The rooms were above and beyond what I expected, the bed was the best bed i have slept in and that is the truth, the rooms are cleaned beautifully every day leaving a pleasant fragrance all day,the food was great and so was the rooftop pool.,it is without doubt one of the best hotels we have stayed in and I have to admit I was sad to leave,and I will be recommending this hotel to everyone I know should they visit siem reap.
