Staff was very nice and helpfull, and we stuck with driver Savorn for our entire trip who was very nice and helped us both to our destinations and cool down after visiting them. He also introduced us to coconut cakes which turned out a bit of a revelation. The hotel also reffered us to a tour guide Vichhai who was able to connect the ancient history of Angkor Wat to the recent history, which was really appreciated. The area of the hotel is very nice too, with vegetarian/vegan friendly restaurants closeby. 5/5

The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety of options and the restaurant menu was varied and reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. The tuktuk pick up from the airport was good and we used the same driver - Mr San - to take us to Angkor and back to the airport. He is a very careful driver and we would definitely recommend him.

What sets this hotel apart is the personal treatment and little details (such as a coconut on the way from the airport to the hotel). I was amazed that the owner David was talking to all guests and knew our names. The hotel is very new, the room was spacious, with a balcony and a pool view. We got a complimentary bootle of wine and a fruit plate, laundry and a tuk tuk to the city is also free. Every day we had a breakfast and dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious. The hotel organised a great guide for us to go to Angkor Wat, which is a must if you're in Siem Reap. People working there are very nice and accommodating, we felt very welcome and special.
