A 5-minute walk from the crab market, the property is about 600 metres from Kep City and a 20-minute tuk tuk ride from the pier. Another 40-minute boat ride brings guests to Koh Thonsay (Rabbit Island). We loved everything about our stay here. We booked for 4 nights and ended up staying for 6 (and it was still hard to leave). It really is a little "haven of peace". Rooms were a great size with really comfortable beds, and the balcony was large too with a lounger, table and chairs. We spent a lot of time in and beside the beautiful pool. A lovely temperature, salt water, and very clean. The food was great (we ate there a lot if we didn't feel like leaving). Srey Kuhn is an excellent cook, and one of the sweetest people we've ever met. Thanks Lionel for your excellent hospitality... we can't wait to be back!

Our kids absolutely loved it, and so did we! It was the perfect way to cool off and spend the afternoon. The staff were warm, helpful, and made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Kep. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing and social getaway!

One staff member knocked on my door and said that he could bring my motorcycle nearer my room to ensure I knew it would be safe. The women at the front desk were charming.

One of the most welcoming places we have stayed on the whole of our trip.♥️
