The staff was friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. They offered me access to their spa room before check-in and after check-out since my arrival and departure times were very early in the morning and late at night. This was very helpful after a long journey. I loved the room extras - they gave me Khmer desserts, fresh fruits, water, clean towels, and even mosquito spray which was very helpful. The location was great and they let me use bicycles for free to get around the city, which made my trip more fun. There were many good restaurants and cafes nearby. Considering everything they offered, the value was exceptional - I would definitely recommend this hotel. Everything was perfect and better than I expected!

The location was perfect, and the lovely home-cooked dinners at night were a highlight. Everything was just great—clean rooms, a welcoming atmosphere, and the hosts taking us to the best spots.

Highly recommend a stay here is you are looking for a unique Cambodia experience. Esaro’s partner, whose name I can’t remember now, brought us to so many interesting places and shared a lot of information with us. He was also ready with cold water all day for us.
