Very clean, spacious and comfortable unit positioned in the historic old town of Mombasa. Excellent position from which to explore the old town, with Fort Jesus and many restaurants within easy walking distance. It was lovely to relax in the quiet unit after being out and about. Our delightful host, Fatma, was very welcoming and looked after us very well providing lots of information about the old town.

The apartment is ideally situated with a beautiful sea view. The neighbourhood is peaceful making it perfect for a restful stay. Yet it is close to exquisite restaurants and terraces. What a way to keep in shape ! 😉 The team is very attentive and answers any request with maximum attention. We wish to thank everyone for your assistance and kindness. Inclunding the dogs that are more than friendly. Apartment was tidy, internet working 24h, A/C in the room, and balcony with ocean view all contributed to our great and too short holiday. Thank you again for having us... we will surely come again !

I liked the cleanliness,and the host was very responsive to our needs and I liked the proximity to social amenities.Its family friendly spacious, exactly how it looks on the pictures. The fact that my daughter and I would just walk to the mall with ease it was a plus for me. I enjoyed my stay and it was value for my money.

Thank you so much to the Baobab Waves team for saving our trip! Our original accommodation got canceled just as our flight landed in Mombasa, and they accepted our booking right away. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. We had requested a nice view since it was my birthday, and they truly delivered — the apartment was stunning, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with breathtaking views. It was fully furnished, air-conditioned (a big plus for the Mombasa heat!), and had everything we needed to feel at home. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and very secure. The staff were kind, responsive, and always available when needed. We also loved the easy beach access — it made the stay extra special. It turned out to be the perfect birthday getaway! Excellent value for money and a place we’d definitely return to. Highly recommend Baobab Waves to anyone visiting Mombasa! 🌴🎉
