The room’s size was pretty good , absolutely clean and cozy .. but what I liked the most about this hotel was the staff. Probably the best customer service I’ve had not only in Tokyo but in any country I’ve ever been to , the service was so good that we had another plan to change hotels after 5 days but we decided to cancel the other hotel’s reservation and extend our stay at indigo. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful and made our stay 10 times better 🙏🏻

Receptionist and all staff we met were friendly and very nice. Another thing is that, the hotel provides shuttle bus to the airport which was helpful for family bringing many luggages

Clean and efficient - perfect as a base to explore Tokyo as it’s literally next to JR station. Many excellent eateries (amongst some mediocre ones too). Grab breakfast at the few breakfast places or better still the many Konbini (convenience stores brought to a stellar level). Take advantage of the free amenities and truly modern bathroom.
