Unfortunately as I have big tattoos, I was not able to try the public bath house but we had a small private bath in our room and were happy with that. The sleep was great, no noise or bugs. Everything, upon arriving and entering the lobby then into our room the surroundings already felt super relaxing, even more inside the room where all you need is available from full skin care, comb, body towel, coffee, black/matcha, different type of pillows (firm/soft).
