It was very spacious, everything was very clean, and it was conveniently located near the bus station, the train station, and the city center where most of the shopping takes place. The rooms were the most spacious we stayed in throughout Japan, and the staff were all very kind. I would definitely stay here again.

This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is set 5.4 km from Otsumago. The hosts are very kind people who do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Since it is a rural area and there are no supermarkets close by the owner was kind enough to drive us to a nearby city to pick up our dinner. The house itself is absolutely beautiful and a great place to stay with small groups. We also received several drinks and snacks for free. For us this was the perfect way to end a day walking the nakasendo trail. I cannot give any higher recommendations!

The kitchen is large and fully stocked, they have a washer and dryer, and the rooms were exactly as listed. Our host was courteous and the staff would keep the guest house super clean. They even gave us a bottle of fresh squeezed locally farmed mandarin juice, which was delicious.
