Also the laundry room (we had a smart TV in the room showing the live availability of washing machines and dryers). A plus would also be the possibility to have breakfast there. Nice touch with the welcoming drinks :) . They also offered snack in the evening (sweet or savory Dango)

The host is super friendly and will go out of his way to make your stay comfortable. He’s also very funny! We really appreciated the help setting up a bbq to host with our friends, taking us to buy the groceries and dropping us off at the start of the walk. We haven’t had hospitality like this anywhere else in Japan so far!
