The interior was revamped, we enjoy the peaceful and friendly service from the staffs. Hotel’s location is excellent, next to the entrance of the Nara Park. They also offer a traditional Japanese Mocha Tea, in a tea room as a welcome drink, we love it very much. You can request in room massage service, there are 40mins / 60mins two options. The price is reasonable.

The property is around 9.1 km from Higashiosaka Hanazono Rugby Stadium, 12 km from Nippon Christ Kyodan Shijonawate Church and 12 km from Shijonawate City Museum of History and Folklore. The ryokan has family rooms. It was the best four days in my three weeks visiting in Japan. This ryokan is very cosy. Though everything looked authentic and traditional all the facilities weren't old, but instead very clean an modern. The breakfast was very tasty and there was variety each day. If you don't take the cable car (station is right next to the ryokan) you'll get a good workout each day, when you explore the surroundings - mainly the beautiful temples. There are many stairs! After a day of waking, relaxing in the onsen was the highlight of my day. But the best thing was the very friendly owner and staff. Even though I couldn't speak Japanese they helped me with everything and were really caring. I will definitely be back! :)

The food was delicious and a lot of new things were tried. Multiple courses in supper, though couldnt upload all the photos. The outdoor shower and bath were a great new experience as well.

The beds are very comfortable and the location is very quiet which makes for a great night sleep. The hosts are very kind and welcoming. We had a nice conversation and they are really friendly. We came by car and there is also a parking spot where you can leave your vehicle. Definitely 100% recommended!
