We booked a "small" villa for four people and we didn't have any problems managing privacy. The terrace is a pure dream, we spent most of the time on the terrace admiring the wonder of Mount Fuji. We also paid extra to have the barbeque already prepared by the staff for our arrival and the quality of the food was fabulous.

The hotel was wonderful from the very first moment. We arrived by car and found organized parking right in front of the hotel. The staff warmly welcomed us, took photos of us with the cherry blossoms and Mount Fuji, and then handled our luggage. Check-in was very clear and detailed, and our room had a stunning view of the lake and Fuji — absolutely beautiful! The location was excellent, and the traditional Japanese breakfast was both delicious and a memorable experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and even felt a bit sad that we didn’t have an extra day there. Highly recommended!
