The front desk workers filled out all our papers for shipping luggage’s, and one of them even walked with us to the local family mart and helped us ship them due to the language barrier. Location is very good, extremely close to Dotonbori centre. Very lively area. Would stay here again on my next trip!!

They also helped me shopping my luggage back to Tokyo. I felt very safe staying by myself there
