It was a great surprise. The bed was extremely comfortable. The residents lounge was a lovely place to grab a coffee while eating breakfast from the konbini down stairs. Staff very helpful. Rooms though are quite small but these are common in Japan hotels especially in major cities. But overall this hotel is quite clean with very good service .
