The hotel is located at a comfortable walking distance from the popular sights, which means you can get there easily on foot, but it's also quiet enough as it is not in the busiest part of town. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they were ready to welcome us although we arrived really early in the morning, and stored our luggage until check in time. The breakfast was nice and the coffee was also very good :)

The Palazzo is a nice place and the staff is friendly and courteous. It is easy to access the hotel by car and the ZTL registration is done by the hotel. Overall, no complaints, all fine.

Very near to everyhing, the room was very clean and big and the staff so friendly. Alessandro was very helpful and when we asked for an iron or slippers, he provided it to us.
