The service was next level fantastic. From clear and quick communication before we arrived. To meeting us at a moments notice as we arrived. Helping with bags. Helping to find parking. Suggestions for restaurants. To bringing a corkscrew in the late evening. To leaving us some breakfast snacks even though breakfast was not booked. Room is really clean. Beds comfortable for my 6'4" (196cm) . Shower was really good. Place and new and clean.Coffee machine worked well. Everything is new and neat. Overall one of best nights in Italy.

Great location. Host was excellent with communication and also so kind! Apartment was clean , it had coffee & biscuits as complementary. If you’d like plates & cutlery, all you need is to ask to the host. Cute little balcony to have drinks. Also bed was so comfortable.

The (economy) room vas great! Very clean and I had everything I needed and more. I really appreciate that everything was working well, the AC, shower, wifi,... Getting to the room was a little like going through escape room, but Marco made everything very clear and was always there to help. I especially loved the big bathroom and a balcony, I could stayed there for longer. Highly reccomend, especially for solo travelers!
