There was crackers and wine in the room that we drank. There was no contact with the staff or the employees and we could check in at very very late because we didn't needed to meet. The breakfast staff were fantastic and the espresso was perfect. The location was in the center of Voterra "old town". The room was plenty big, more like a suite. Plus the rooftop cafe was very convenient and useful. As hotel guests, the cafe staff were happy to cork our bottle and provide us with a plate and silverware for the wine, cheese, and meats that we bought at the food and wine festival (VolterraGusto 2023).

Great location, great services, very good breakfast, very kind people, very nice room/hotel. They informed us that the hotel is in the old town, therefore they do not have private parking. However, they send us all details related to the parking places near the location (there is free parking near the hotel, but you have to take into account that you have to climb about 100 stairs to the hotel.).
