The B&B was beautiful. Very clean and comfortable. The host is reactive and helpful. Good location.

Very close to the train station and central area. Lots of food places on the doorstep including halal restaurant, mini supermarket across the road, promenade, bridge and castle within 10 mins walk. Porto Venere was 20 mins by bus. Eventhough no reception and self checkin, all instructions and queries were answered promptly. Room and bathroom both modern and very clean. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Ideal location to visit Cinque Terre, 25 mins on train

Great location. Close to the train station for easy access to all of Cinque Terre. Yep bathrooms were ideal for our large family. Very clean. Host was very accomodating!

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Andrea was friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early so we could leave our bags on our arrival. The location was perfect - close to the station and near to many lovely cafes and restaurants. The breakfast was ideal and a great way to start the day.

The apartment was spotless, has a lift, and in a great location very close to the Train Station. My Train was running late, and the Owner was very kind to meet me at the Station and walk to the Apartment with me. There is a Supermarket a few blocks away, and about 30 minute walk to the Harbour where you can book a Ferry to Portovenere much cheaper than online "tour companies". I enjoyed my stay at Iamarmora9 very much, and La Spezia exceeded my expectations !! A great place to base yourself for Cinque Terre 😍

Everything new, very clean and central location. Many restaurants and shops around. Very close to public transportation. Helpful host. Ideal for holiday. I highly recomend. Thank you for everything Ian's.

Overall, Alberto Teatro was a nice accommodation, especially for the affordable price. We had 1 room with a shared bathroom and the facilities were all very clean. Staff was accommodating with check in and check out times. The hotel was in a great location in La Spezia, walkable to the train station. Good value for money.
