The location is in my favourite area of the city - not in the jam of people but close to everything. The small park of the Palace of Justice nearby is wonderful to have your coffee or snack. If you are traveling via Fiumicino airport the shuttle bus is passing next to the park. There is a metro station in the area (about 10 min). Some busses also stop nearby if you don't want to walk around. However most famous monuments are within 5 and 20 min walking distance. (Except the Colosseo area) The room must be one of the cleanest places I've been at. We were staying only 2 nights so I wasn't expecting our room to be cleaned (since it is not a traditional hotel), however it was. I was even embarrassed of the mess we've made in the morning rush to get out. The space had a nice sized bathroom and a small terrace area. The interior is nice and contemporary. Bed and shower were super comfy. The host was very welcoming and friendly and explained everything we needed.

We had a great stay at Eccelso Hotel! Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. We especially liked the high ceilings, which gave the room a spacious and elegant feel. The location is excellent—just a short walk to St. Peter’s Basilica, local eateries, and the train station and Bus is right opposite to this property, making it very convenient for sightseeing and getting around. It's a great choice for families. Highly recommended!

I loved every moment of my stay! A very friendly and welcoming guest house. The room was lovely, free WIFI and the breakfast each morning was delicious. The guest house is in an ideal location, within walking distance of most places of interest and close to the Metro station and the main train station. Would definitely recommend.
