The employees are amazingly nice and friendly. They helped us with things they didn’t have to. And even let us keep our luggage’s on their storage unit for two days. (Because we went to Firenze). Also very close to the metro stop so made it really easy to get to. The bed was comfy, everything was nice and clean, great little kitchenette. I didn't meet any staff but the host was so helpful, lovely and responsive over WhatsApp, even taking the time to provide me with lots of tips and suggestions for places to eat. Also kind enough to offer for me to leave my bags there the next day, which was incredibly helpful as my flight out of Rome was not until 11pm that night! And no rush in the morning with check out or breakfast.
