Accommodation is ideal value for money. It’s a perfect location just on the edge of the city centre and a short walk from the train station. Our private room and bathroom were very clean. The facilities were great - we made use of the outdoor pool and the bar, there was also a laundry room which only cost 4 euros per wash/dry. I would definitely stay here again if I were to come back to Florence.

Location - Very accessible with lots of nearby bus stops that are 2-10 mins away. The neighbourhood is also very quiet and quaint but not too quiet that it feels unsafe.
Cleanliness - The whole apartment was very clean and it didn’t smell!
Value for money - This is one of the more affordable accommodations and is not far from the city center, very worth it.

We loved it. It was very clean, nice and just like in the pictures. Shower,toilet, everything really clean. Bed was really good and sheets felt fresh. It is a good deal. Location is amazing and the food market across the street is next level.

We can put clothes outside so it can be dried faster, good location with bus 14 around, the staff are super friendly, the food in the market is cheap as well. It is very clean.

Spacious, nicely decorated room and bathroom. Good luggage storage area. Very good breakfast which you order the night before but with a budget of EUR90 for 2 in my opinion, its way more than needed. Quiet location, near to all sights and shortly will be close to a tram station. Kettle provided but no tea or coffee, so not sure why. Very clean room and comfortable night's sleep. Excellent, easy access parking but for an extra fee.

Great communal kitchen, pantry and fridge to bring in own food and cook. Free supplies. Rooms very clean and tidy - stayed in 4 female room and was good amount of space. Good social activities. Great drink and food deals - free pasta. Great location - jump on tram (tap on) and be in centre in minutes. Highly recommend on this basis.

Our host was super nice and informative. The room size far exceeded our expectations. The location is a 5 minute walk to the train station, 2 minute walk to the market, and 10 minutes to the Duomo. Ideal location, safe area and affordable!

Excellent location. Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Spotlessly clean. It was also very peaceful at night. Others mentioned that it is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift but this is typical of apartments in the historic centre of Florence.
Everything was a pleasure - the host was very easy to deal with too.
