Great breakfast with plenty of protein foods and many hours open. The blood orange juice was a tremendous treat. Un Kindest staff made me feel as if I was making friends, not just staying in a b&b. The hotel is a long block off the beach, and quiet. You do get chaise/umbrella on beach, but i was too busy looking at castles, roman ruins, city museum, and a 16th century library collection to swim or sun with the crowds. Also had the best gelato in town I've had in 5 weeks in Italy. The metro stop is an easy 5- block walk. Got off the locale train from Pesaro about as near. Immediately liked the town for the quality of the graffiti, which is a strong hint about safety in Italy, I have found. Loved that A/C had a dehumidify setting. I don't need it cold, just less muggy than the 70% it was the week i visited. Such good value! If I come back (and I've fallen in love with the Adriatic, so probably will) , I'll stay again. This was such a gem, we loved the apartment we stayed at. It was very comfortable and it had everything you could need. We're very grateful that we were able to check in sooner than normal AND that we were able to leave our car at the garage for longer after our checkout. Lucia was incredibly kind. :)

The building is beautiful, a well-maintained medieval architecture monument with renovated comfortable rooms. The room and the bathroom were quite spacious with nice decoration and all necessary comforts. The garden is very nice too and well-preserved. Moreover, there is a good variety of delicacies for breakfast.
