Great breakfast with plenty of protein foods and many hours open. The blood orange juice was a tremendous treat. Un Kindest staff made me feel as if I was making friends, not just staying in a b&b. The hotel is a long block off the beach, and quiet. You do get chaise/umbrella on beach, but i was too busy looking at castles, roman ruins, city museum, and a 16th century library collection to swim or sun with the crowds. Also had the best gelato in town I've had in 5 weeks in Italy. The metro stop is an easy 5- block walk. Got off the locale train from Pesaro about as near. Immediately liked the town for the quality of the graffiti, which is a strong hint about safety in Italy, I have found. Loved that A/C had a dehumidify setting. I don't need it cold, just less muggy than the 70% it was the week i visited. Such good value! If I come back (and I've fallen in love with the Adriatic, so probably will) , I'll stay again. The property is located in central Ravenna, but on a side street. Therefore it is very quiet, yet every sight is within a pleasant and short walk. There is no parking space, but a parking garage is nearby. The place was squeaky clean. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very elegantly furnished in every detail. Breakfast was excellent, with a large selection. The host was gracious and helpful. The staff was very nice. A bit of advice if I may: I think a coffee maker in the room would be greatly appreciated. To summarize, a great place to stay, at a very reasonable cost.

Offering a large sea-view swimming pool, a free hot tub and free WiFi throughout, Hotel Aria is just 400 metres from the sandy beach in Rimini. We came for a second year in a row and we definitely loved it! The hotel is great, really clean and with a great view from the pool on the top. The staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfast is really tasty with a lot of choices. The beach is quite near to the hotel, as well as many restaurants and cafes.

Great location, just in front of the beach. The facilities are very comfortable, but the personnel, must Marcelo, is exceptional.
