Best administrator ever! Super polite, smiling, professional. Check in experience was quick and pleasant. Room was clean, they offer complimentary water like 3 liters, which is perfect for us. Location is good. Pool was very clean. Staff is helpful and polite.

The room is very clean and the hotel is beautiful. Very close to the airport. The staff is very professional and ready to help. I would like to particularly highlight the help I received from the two receptionists at the time of checkout, namely Rajiv and Abhishek, who kindly helped with solving the lock on my suitcase. They went out of their way to call the engineering department, to look at my suitcase, which I didn't manage to unlock. The engineer came quickly and within minutes the problem was resolved. The also have a very friendly and kind driver who picked me up from the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be happy to stay there again in the future.
