They helped us with airport drop, allowed us to leave bags before checking in, using bathroom, taking breakfast. Restaurant and rooftop are very impressive. We stayed in the top floor during the night playing board games, but the rooftop looked really fun. The room is good, warm water . Made a mistake while booking and helped me correct it on the day prior.
