He even brought me raw sugar for a land offering, which touched my heart deeply. He speaks excellent English and is truly a blessing to this resort. OMSAI is very lucky to have him. Gaurav, the owner, is equally wonderful ~ a gracious, friendly, and genuinely caring host. He greeted me daily with warmth and a bright smile, and was always willing to help. He kindly let me use his computer to book my flight when I was having technical issues and even helped me order earbuds from Amazon. Pleasant, professional, and always accommodating, he made me feel very welcomed and supported. Speaking with him was always a joy ~ he is informative, helpful and kind.
