It was clean, comfortable, well kept and very central. Best of all was Shiv, the owner, who is a gem of a man. Polite, unassuming and resourceful, Shiv goes out of his way in offering tips and advice. He helped me book all my ferry tickets in advance and also arranged transportation for my sightseeing tours in Port Blair. I would definitely come back again to Le Luminous.

The homestay is conveniently located close to the airport, and other attractions are also nearby—everything is about a 20-minute drive from Pibo. We were also provided with complimentary airport pickup, which was a thoughtful touch. The rooms are clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The service is commendable. While only breakfast is offered on-site, Swiggy and Zomato deliver to the homestay, making dining convenient. Mr. Aneesh can assist with arranging accommodations on other islands, ferry bookings, water activities at discounted rates, and day excursions. Unfortunately, we had already pre-booked these activities, so we couldn’t avail of his services, but it’s a great option for future stays. A special mention to Mr. John (the caretaker) and his team for their excellent hospitality. Additionally, Mr. Campbell (the cab driver) deserves recognition for his cheerful and adventurous driving on the roads of Port Blair. These boys were always ready to assist with anything we needed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Pibo Homestay and are looking forward to returning in the future!

The owner was very generous and helpful with all kind of support that they can provide. As said rooms were pretty big nicely maintained and you have a shared kitchen and living hall with dinning table where you can order food and enjoy like at home.

The units in the homestay are equipped with a flat-screen TV. The homestay offers certain units that feature city views, and the units are fitted with a private bathroom with a shower. I was expecting a room but it was an Studio apartment, with kitchen, sink, dishes, no stove or pots, a coffee mug would be good. Spacious bathroom with towels, soap, no shampoo. New air conditioner, and ceiling fan. Desk table and chairs, nice closet. Beautiful tiled floor. Owner lives in one apartment and very helpful. It is a bit of an small hill, they help me with the luggage since I am a senior. 5 minutes to the airport. Great value. I will stay there again.

Good, Excellent location near the Kalapani Museum and also nearby local market. Since it was my first trip wanted a good room clean and tidy in reasonable rate. The owner was very helpful and their hospitality was good.
