I have never experienced such genuine kindness at any other hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was met with warmth, professionalism, and care, and throughout my stay I truly felt looked after. Words fall short when trying to describe the people who work here. The reception team, especially Sofia, Natalia, and Majdi, you are absolute gold. The housekeeping staff as well: you all made me feel completely at home. Meeting you was honestly the highlight of my trip to Tel Aviv, and I am deeply grateful for everything you did. The hotel itself is beautiful and perfectly located, just a short walk from the sea and Dizengoff Street, with many excellent restaurants nearby. The rooms are beautifully designed and thoughtfully equipped, including an espresso machine. There is also a spa and a fitness room, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I cannot recommend this hotel, and its people, highly enough. I’ve found my place to stay whenever I’m in Tel Aviv.

Exceptional service and help from the Public relations manager and Amit from the guest desk, after my bag was stolen with all my belongings, including passports, credit cards, cash, etc. They provided excellent and efficient assistance and helped me with the police process.
