Everything was excellent. The host was extremely generous and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to ensure a pleasant, welcoming stay. The facilities were spotless, comfortable, attractive and spacious. The breakfast was lovely, and the scones were an enjoyable treat. We would recommend this to anyone visiting the area. If we did come back to Ireland this would be a must return destination. The pub over the road was also marvellous.

Lovely rooms, liked how there was a seperate room. Loved the teas/coffees and biscuits left for us to enjoy. Breakfast was wonderful. All staff were so friendly and really aimed to please. The setting was very nice, with close to all the attractions of the Mullingar area but in the countryside. The host's husband, who was filling in while she attended to family matters, was very friendly and even gave us a tour of his hurling stick manufacturing and shop. It's a gated yard, so it felt very secure, and the breakfast area had everything you needed for a little snack or a good start to the day!
