Our booking included a turndown which I very much appreciated and the cleaning was always very well done. Breakfast was great as well. The shuttle to ubud centre is certainly needed since the location is not in close proximity to any shops or restaurants etc but that also comes with a more quiet location. Overall: Loved it! Would book again :)

Also the lobby members are amazing and very friendly, they help us a loooot, and they have WhatsApp msgs support, so the life here became much easier because of they.
