They serve you with a smile and handkiss. Very warm place to stay in many ways. Very clean room, nice shower. Also the restaurant bar is very nice. There is nothing you can say in a negative way.. There is a large panoramic seating area and a rooftop terrace with views of the Aegean Sea. Very nice place very close to the bus station (very convenient to get around the island) and the main sights, very clean, friendly staff. Nice pool and sun deck! We got a room upgrade for free -- this was a wonderful surprise. Nice big balcony overlooking the pool.

What really made my experience special was the kindness and hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to the owner and to Mohammed, who were both incredibly welcoming and generous. Mohammed in particular went out of his way to make sure we felt at home—he even offered us coffee for free, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I truly appreciated the warm atmosphere and personal touch. Highly recommended!

Each en suite room at Hotel Babis has air conditioning and a fridge. Radio and TV are included. All rooms feature a furnished balcony and some overlook the swimming pool. The owner is very helpful and friendly. We organised our transfer from the airport with him too and it was very good. The hotel is maybe a 20 minute walk from the center of Thira but there is a bus stop nearby that can shorten the trip. There are parking spaces in front for anyone who rents a bike or quad. All in all, great value for money and I would definately recommend to anyone.
