Great facilities. Loved our room. Location was ideal! Short walk to centre of Fira. Would defo stay here again. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Pool area was spotless and clean.. lovely for relaxing. Breakfast wasn’t great.. we just went and ate out most mornings instead but this was fine with us. Overall good experience

This is not a hotel to spend a vacation at, but mostly a hotel to use when you need a cheap place to sleep with a close location to Thira and to the bus station.
It was a nice detail though that they gave us our room when we arrived for a very early check in around 7am, and the breakfast was also quite good with an additional cost of 7€ which you must be prepared to pay with cash.
The price for this hotel is very affordable.

That’s a great property, exactly like photos. The room was very spacious and spotless, the pool is clean and the views are spectacular, you can enjoy the sunset right from the swimming pool and don’t need to deal with the crowds in Oia Castle. The location is good enough considering the price, it’s 15 min to the beginning touristic street and 25 min to the center. I strongly recommend. The staff are so friendly. Especially the reception.

staff are fantastic....so friendly and helpful! the 2 girls on reception were exceptionally good.
place us spotless. cleaner came in everyday and tied up/replenished stuff but not in an invasive way.
location is ideal, 4 mins slow walk to the beach and restaurants etc
supermarket/shop next door.
plenty of towels
Captains corner restaurant opposite is superb and cheap.

Everything was amazing. The staff was very helpful with anything we needed, and their suggestions was great to explore the island. Very clean room, great price and the location ideal, not super busy and near the airport. We really enjoyed our stay at Memories Beach Hotel!

The apartment was spotlessly clean with all the basic necessities included. The location is ideal, very close to a bakery and supermarket and a short walk to the beach. There is a bus stop near by. Manolis is an extremely attentive and respectful host who truly could not do enough for us. He arranged taxi transfers from/to the airport as well. His father makes superb desert wine !! We had a fabulous, stress free holiday.

Very clean hotel and suites, nicely decorated with unique sea view and great signal of WI-FI in whole venues. We enjoyed the outdoor private non-heated jetted tub. Despite no reception or breakfast service, the arrival housekeeping, wine and mineral water were wonderful extras. The Central Bus Station is just a few meters away, a making it an ideal location for exploring. You simply have to witness this for yourself. It's an unforgettable experience!

We just spent an amazing week staying at Vrachia Studio. The place is wonderful and Katya is such a lovely & welcoming person. The location was ideal for us, so restful then just 5mn away from Oia. Wonderful view, very clean pool & good breakfast. Rooms are quite spacy & confortable, matress are perfects for a restful sleep. All you need for a perfect week of vacations 🤩

Eva and the staff were so accommodating and friendly.
The room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable.
The location was ideal as it was walking distance to Fira 1.1km. There was a bakery close by which served delicious cakes and pastries
