The photo's of the rooms, apartments and pool area are actually true to life and totally exceeded our expectations. The interior design of rooms and apartments are beautiful. The pool are is gorgeous. It gives 5 star hotel vibes. We enjoyed breakfasts and brunches in the pantry restaurant and the short walk into the old town and seafront for dinner and drinks each evening. A 2 minute walk to the bus stop taking you to local beaches. The reception and cleaning staff were very kind, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is a short 10 minute walk to the ferry port. We loved our trip to Naxos and Naxos village hotel is our favourite hotel in all the Greek islands we've visited. Book it, you won't regret it!

In terms of service and excellence. The staff were outstanding going above and beyond to make our stay so special. We loved the complementary ferry transfer to and from the hotel which made our travel a lot less stressful. Breakfast was amazing serving all kinds of delicious food. The rooms were so clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were even greeted with a complimentary drink and snacks when we arrived. The views from the restaurant were amazing offering a beautiful sunset over Naxos. I could not recommend hotel Grotta enough and we hope to be back again soon . ❤️

Definitely recommend! Lastly, the host was in touch with us before our arrival, recommended some good places for food, drinks!
