The location is very convenient close to the central railway park with a very short distance to walk to the supermarket and food outlets. It is also easy to find and the manager was very easy to deal with and always available. The facilities themselves were almost everything that you would expect. I had a problem in that a taxi didn’t turn up when it was booked at 4.30am but the property were able to help me to resolve the problem even at that time in the morning.

The location was excellent and the hotel was very clean and the parking.

Everything was perfect. It’s a great location - a few minutes walk to the lovely harbour with lots of great restaurants, and about 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach the other side. The apartment is newly decorated & all very clean, with new bathroom & kitchen (as shown in pictures).

The location is stunning, fantastic views to the cove and out over to the sea. The infinity pool is lovely The apartment was very clean and tastefully decorated. The double bed was so comfy.

The location is close to the centre and to the bus station. Spotless clean, with good running water, amenities like coffee, honey, salt, utensils and basic stuff for cooking. Communication with the host worked perfectly. Good WiFi and the code for the entrance door (no need for keys!) Spacious room and comfortable beds, balcony!

The new part of the hotel is very nice and the room is spacious elegant and comfy. Everything is very clean, and the location is very good next to a great beach (Peroulia). The stuff at the restaurant is very friendly. The new pool and restaurant have an exceptional view!

Loved the location and sea view from our room. Bed extremely comfortable and bathroom has been recently updated. The room was very clean and had a separate bedroom. The owner is a gem. A wonderful person.

Our 20-day stay at this apartment in Kalamata was fantastic! The location is perfect, just a 15-minute walk to both the beach and the city center. The apartment itself is completely new, with everything inside being brand new and in excellent condition. It was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Kalamata and highly recommend it!

This was an outstanding property with excellent facilities, kept clean, including a beautiful garden and pool area. Nikos was super helpful and always available. The location is ideal, not right in the middle of the town but walkable to everything. We really could not fault anything.
