The owner was very flexible and offered us a much bigger room without us asking for it. The place had 2 double beds and a single bed, a kitchen fully equipped (a fridge, a cooker and kitchenware). It made our 3 night stay really comfortable. It was in April so most shops and restaurants are closed in the area but we were able to store our food that we had brought along in the fridge as well as the freezer. Everything in the kitchen was very clean and looked new! There was hot water 95% of the time so it was pleasant to take a shower! There is a free spacious parking space and the guesthouse is surrounded by neighbours' yards, the woods in the front. It was fairly peaceful and quiet. One day the wind was so strong, my towel flew off the balcony but I couldn't spot it. The next day I saw someone had picked it up and left it near our car.

The FOOD - This is best place for having food in Ureki ,especially their breakfast buffet (17laris/person, unlimited buffet) 🤌🏾😮‍💨, it was fresh, homemade and the best food served. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR BREAKFAST BUFFET, CHACHA and GEORGIAN MENU. When we arrived late at night at half past 10 and the chefs having closed the kitchen they still did their best to prepare us food and serve. 4. The rooms are big enough for a family of 4 , we got a studio type of a family room with one big bed and two separated small beds with a air cooler and a private bathroom, the rooms were clean and everything was hygienic IN SHORT if you are planning to come to ureki, choose this place for your stay. Located a few steps from the beach, the property is surrounded with pine and eucalyptus trees creating a cozy and tranquil atmosphere. Great value for the price. It is modern, clean, nicely designed, looks newly renovated. Beds are very comfortable, the views are great, there are pine trees in the front yard, playground in the back yard, balconies are quite spacious. Food in the restaurant is tasty, prices are average, waiters are a bit slow, but polite and helpful. They provide beach towels and beach chairs. Beach is 50 meters, across a very small road. Staff is helpful. Unlike in most other Georgian hotels on the Black sea coast, they clean rooms every day and change towels and sheets every three days, without any reminders or requests.
