Location was great. Easy to get around with bus stops right there and the train station not far. The rooms are wonderful, clean and fresh. The staff are so helpful and the hotel restaurant has good fresh tasty food. Absolutely super. A good place to use as a hub to do day trips.

Excellent location with lots of choices of restaurants around it. Warm Welcome at entrance, junior suite was very large, luxury very large bathroom. Amenities in room are more then what you would get in other hotels of the same stars in uk, little things like milk for tea/coffee in mini bar, plus your basic drinks, good quality teas and coffees. Absolutely loved it! It’s so central for exploring the city. The building is sleek and new, with smartlocks that make you feel super secure. The room was stylish, totally my vibe, and so spacious—not cramped at all! ( compared to a hotel room for the same price) The kitchen had everything, including a wine cooler fridge, which was such a cool touch. The smart TV was awesome, just the right size and that sofa? The comfiest ever—I could slouch for hours binging netflix. Everything felt fresh, clean, and welcoming. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Birmingham!
