Really helpful and friendly staff. The rooms were nice and tidy. Bigger than we thought! The location is a huge selling point with everything just around the corner. When you closed the windows they literally canceled out all the noise from the street below. Nice with a smart TV.

The hotel was very central and the facilities were incredibly modern and spacious. The bed was very large and comfy and the bathroom had a nice bathtub which was spotless. The TV was very easy to use and I could screen cast my phone to it to watch Netflix - perfect! The room had a kitchenette in the in built wall wardrobe with microwave, a coffee machine, a mini fridge and a sink! The staff were very enthusiastic and offered lots of tips to explore Liverpool in a few hours.
