Couples particularly like the location — they rated it 9.5 for a two-person trip. One of the best experiences my partner and I have ever had while travelling. Excellent room, super complete and clean. Staff was lovely and supportive. Laundry was definitely the best we've ever found abroad (we just had to buy a full box of detergent, as we didn't find unitary - so that's the only tiny suggestion we'd recommend, if it's possible for the hotel to provide it). Location couldn't be better, super central and also great to rest at night. And of course, we fell in love with Liverpool, which made everything even greater :)
