The flat was spacious, very clean, super quiet, yet very central. The location close to Haymarket was ideal for public tranport including all busses and tram to the airport. The bathroom and the kitchen looked like recently refurbished.

Great location, beautiful decor, and all very clean. Fab to have parking. Bus link to Edinburgh centre so handy, big shopping centre across the road.
Paid for early access, which was ideal for us.
Lots of storage if needed, sofa bed easy to use.

The standard double room was a generous size, spotless and very comfortable. Bathroom also very clean and a good size. There is little to no noise from outside and great location.

The room was beautiful, spotless and the view of the castle was amazing! We loved the location, it was ideal and everything was on our doorstep. I would absolutely love to return one day and the communication with the staff was brilliant. They left some lovely little surprises for our mum as it was her birthday and even wrote a lovely little card! We loved our stay in Edinburgh! Thank you to the Righ Team!

Extremely convenient for the John McIntyre conference centre, and very close to a bus stop with regular buses into town. Breakfast delicious, and delivered promptly by the very friendly Richard. Comfortable bed, nice hot shower, quiet location. Fantastic to have the option of a single room (with the associated very reasonable price) given that I was travelling alone - much cheaper than any other option, including the 'budget' hotels.

Everything provided for comfortable stay. 2 bathrooms ideal. Spotlessly clean. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance.
