The service and quality was beyond my expectations. The room was very clean and waking up every morning with a great view of the ocean was a truly unique experience. Nick and his father were the most helpful and friendly owners I have ever met. When it got a little cold they immediately brought a thick quilt, when I needed a taxi they found me one, they took me to the airport in their own car. I can count many more things they did for their guests. Unlike big hotels, this hotel was a very friendly place where I felt at home. I would like to thank Nick and his father from the bottom of my heart for hosting me so wonderfully. If I come to the island again one day, I will definitely stay here. I recommend it to everyone!

Set behind Douglas Promenade on the Isle of Man, this 3-star hotel offers en suite rooms with free Wi-Fi and a Bar & Lounge serving both traditional and contemporary cuisine. Stylish and clean hotel with a view of Douglas Bay and 3 min walk to public transport. They have the nicest English breakfast I have ever tasted. Tasty kippers plus cold fruits and cereals are fabulous. We loved the bar and restaurant too. Extremely friendly and helpful staff including the owner's family. Big thank you to you all. We'll be back!

Extremely clean and tidy. There was enough of everything needed for a pleasant and homely stay. We got an upgrade to a larger apartment, at no cost. It had a bedroom, a living room (with a comfortable sofa for two,a table with two chairs, a cofee table), a bathroom and a kitchen with table and sitting for three) Beatiful view towards greenish Hutchinson square, the sea and parts of the city.
