Really spacious room. Everything is very clean. Breakfast was lovely, and they were happy to make me a bespoke order . Staff were incredibly polite and professional. Great location as close to both the boat and bus station.

We’ve stayed in many properties on the Isle of Man and this one has by far the best ‘finish’ we’ve ever seen. It’s like staying in a super premium hotel. The bathroom in particular feels very luxurious. Both beds are incredibly comfortable and there’s lots of nice touches like fancy soaps in the bathroom and milk in the fridge ready to go plus chocolates on the bed. The check in was also really easy. We loved that the door had code to type in rather than a key, we arrived late at night so this made things really easy. The touchpad itself on the door is really premium which sets the tone for your whole stay. Andy and Steph are also really lovely. They welcomed us and gave us all the information we needed. We didn’t have any problems but they’d have been on hand to help straight away had any arisen.

This was a newly opened place. Dora was an amazing host and Tommy cooks a mean breakfast. The location is perfect. Quiet and no large hills to climb, just 10 minutes from the centre and a short stroll to the seafront. Also it is directly opposite some wonderful gardens. The room was spacious, clean and the bed super comfortable. I would recommend this place highly as it also has a guest lounge to relax in. It is also great value for money compared to other similar places.
