The rooms were clean and equipped with everything one might need for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly. It was a great value for money. The hotel is conveniently located near underground and bus stops. There are cafes nearby and a nice walking area.

Usually, even if a stay is nice, there would be some drawbacks, minor issues that don't impact the overall assessment. I must say that in the case of Master, there was nothing of that sort. The apartment was new, fresh, very elegantly decorated and equipped with high-quality devices and made of high-quality materials. The bed was very comfortable, and despite the apartment being located on the ground floor, there was no street noise or light whatsoever, due to excellent windows and thick curtains. Also, the location itself - just around the corner from St Paul's, but on a quiet street with no traffic - was ultra convenient (5 mins walk to the tube, lots of highlights within walking distance). We didn't use the spa area in the adjacent Leonardo Hotel because we didn't have time for that, but it surely adds to the overall value you receive. Highly recommended and definitely my place of choice for future travels to London!

Just around the corner from Russell Square underground station. Super easy to find in an amazing neighborhood. We were happily and warmly greeted by John who showed us around the property. The room was perfect! Warm and cozy. Little fridge, stove, microwave and everything you need to prepare your own meals! There's a laundry room where all you need to have is detergent/pods and you are good to go! Everything was brand new and it looked like the the whole place had recently been remodeled. I believe we could not have asked for more!
